With Graystar Construction Corporation, Evan contributed to a mixed-use residential and retail development in Yaletown, Vancouver. He implemented office and on-site systems to maintain financial control and efficient contract administration, coordinated drawings and information to the professional team, and helped estimate future projects. Evan negotiated with subcontractors and suppliers, prepared contracts and purchase orders, evaluated payment certificates and managed accounts payable processes, supporting successful delivery of the development.
