A structurally sound but dated terrace in Paddington needed a complete internal renewal for light-filled, stylish living. Confidence Building Consultants managed the project from concept designs and budgeting, through to engagement of contractors, construction administration and overseeing completion. Works included the full demolition of interiors to make way for with a new kitchen, three bathrooms (two plus a powder room), three bedrooms, a light-filled atrium, and refreshed living areas. Front and rear landscaping further complemented the home upgrade.
