This complex of 23 townhouses in Sylvania was subject to a dispute between the builder/developer and the strata corporation regarding extensive construction defects. Confidence Building Consultants was engaged to provide superintendent services, independently overseeing the remedial works required under a Deed of Rectification. The scope included roof and window replacement, façade upgrades, elevator rectification, fire services improvements, car stacker upgrades and replacement of individual apartment air conditioning units. We monitored quality, program and compliance against the Deed, ensuring all listed defects were appropriately rectified to the satisfaction of the strata corporation.
