Evan provided full project management for the Home Outfitters retail store project in Langley, BC Canada. He liaised with the client and consultants, coordinated subcontractors, and oversaw design integration of HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems into the retail environment. Evan controlled budgets and schedules, administered contracts and variations, reviewed shop drawings, and applied ISO 9000 quality management processes to deliver a functional and attractive retail store.
