Evan was responsible for the upgrade of the emergency department and diagnostic imaging facilities at Richmond Hospital. He oversaw coordination of healthcare-specific mechanical, electrical and medical systems, managed budgets and schedules, and liaised with hospital stakeholders to minimise disruption. Evan implemented ISO 9000 quality procedures, administered contracts and variations, and coordinated progressive handover to ensure the upgraded facilities met stringent hospital standards.
