Together with Toga Development and Construction, Evan provided comprehensive design and project management for Stage 1 of the Darwin City Waterfront residential development. He helped establish operational systems and procedures, and coordinated with tenants, consultants and contractors to achieve functional and attractive residences within a large, multi-use waterfront development.
