Evan led a series of miscellaneous upgrade works for the Broadway Technical Centre commercial office block. He coordinated with owners, consultants and subcontractors to deliver HVAC, mechanical, electrical and interior upgrades within an operating commercial environment. His responsibilities included budget and design control, scheduling, chairing design and site meetings, managing contract documentation and change orders, and applying ISO 9000 quality management on this government-related project.
