Working with BKL Project Management, Evan managed the construction of a 30,000 sqare foot metallurgical, biological and geological laboratory. He liaised with contractors, architects, engineers and developers to ensure project progress, and prepared tender documentation, and managed budgets and progress payments. Despite substantial design changes after commencement, the project was completed on time and within budget.
