Our client wished to enjoy city views by adding a new window to their fourth floor apartment in Castlecrag. The scope included feasibility and structural reviews, design approvals, coordinating strata corporation approval, engaging Class 2 qualified contractors, and overseeing the construction and completion of the new scenic window.
