Our client in Foucart Street, Rozelle sought to upgrade their courtyard and garden areas for improved lifestyle while addressing roof leaks and general building deterioration. Confidence Building Consultants managed the project from assessment through to completion, coordinating façade crack repairs and repainting, timber repairs, roof replacement and maintenance works. The rear courtyard was redesigned with landscaping, terraced garden levels, and a practical BBQ and outdoor living area, creating an attractive and highly usable external space for this newly robust home.
