In a four-storey Class 2 apartment building in Kirribilli, Council issued a fire order requiring removal of a non-compliant finished attic and associated roof works. Confidence Building Consultants advised RSL Queensland as the client, providing consulting and project management services for attic removal, roof upgrade and fire-order integration works. We coordinated design input, approvals, contractors and site supervision to ensure the fire safety requirements were met while maintaining the ongoing safety and performance of the building.
