At Spruson Street, Neutral Bay,The owner of a residence in Spruson Street, Neutral Bay were experiencing water ingress and mould associated with an aging bathroom and deteriorated balcony and façade structures. Confidence Building Consultants undertook investigation, design and construction project management to address the defects. The scope included balcony and façade upgrades to the ground floor and main bedroom balconies, replacement of leaking balcony structures, an ensuite bathroom upgrade, and window replacement to the living area balcony. Through coordinated design, tendering and contractor management, we delivered a robust and refreshed external envelope with improved amenity and durability.
