This commercial building upgrade in Neutral Bay involved façade and roof enhancements and internal fitout to four tenancies. Confidence Building Consultants held overall project responsibility, from design and approvals through to tendering, construction and completion. Our role included budget development, financial management and reporting, appointment and management of consultants and contractors, and oversight of construction progress and quality. The project delivered an upgraded commercial asset with improved street presence, building performance and tenant amenity.
