Working with Toga Development and Construction, Evan contributed to the Stage 1 Darwin City Waterfront Hospitality and Wharf One mixed-use complex, focusing on retail tenancy design and project management. He helped establish the building management company along with the systems and procedures required to operate the development. His role included coordinating tenancy design and fitout requirements, managing stakeholders, and ensuring retail spaces were completed to appropriate standards for incoming tenants.
