Evan had overall responsibility for the development of a Coles supermarket and associated specialty tenancies in Wadalba. His role encompassed feasibility analysis for board approval, managing design and tender processes, appointing consultants and contractors, and coordinating leasing and marketing agents to secure specialty store tenants. He also worked with legal advisers to prepare contracts of sale, agreements for lease, leasing documentation and construction contracts, supported by regular monthly reporting.
