Evan had overall project responsibility for the development of a Coles supermarket, tavern, bottle shop and specialty store complex in San Remo NSW. He oversaw the design, tendering, construction and leasing phases in line with board approvals, including project feasibility analysis, engagement of consultants and contractors, and management of leasing and marketing agents. Evan coordinated the preparation of legal and contract documents including Contracts of Sale, AFL/Lease and Construction Contracts monthly reporting. The complex is now known as Northlakes Shopping Centre.
