Evan managed the design and development approval phase for a Coles, Country Target and specialty store complex in Morriset NSW. He carried out project feasibility analysis, coordinated the design and tender processes, and engaged consultants, contractors and leasing/marketing agents. Evan also worked with legal counsel on contracts of sale, leasing and construction contracts, prior to the project being on-sold for completion. The shopping complex is now known as Morriset Square, housing a Coles Supermarket and a variety of other stores serving the local community.
