Evan was responsible for the early development phase and DA application for a Coles supermarket and specialty store project, in Cooranbong NSW. His role included feasibility analysis for board approval, oversight of design and tendering, and coordination of consultants and contractors. He also supported leasing and marketing activities and the preparation of key contractual documentation, with ongoing monthly reporting across the project’s financial and delivery status.
