For the Nortel Networks Office building project for DB RREEF, Evan was responsible for managing site operations and subcontractors to meet time, cost and quality objectives. He partnered with owners and consultants, provided monthly financial and progress reports, and had overall responsibility for OH&S and QA. Evan implemented ISO 9000 quality management procedures and contributed to the attainment of a 5 Green Star rating, delivering a high-performance commercial asset.
