Evan held overall project responsibility for the integrated fitout of the Nortel Networks building, coordinating site works and subcontractors within an occupied commercial environment. He worked closely with the client and consultants to ensure the fitout met operational requirements, reporting monthly on progress and financial performance. Evan also managed OH&S and quality systems, applying ISO 9000-compliant quality management and contributing to 5 Green Star sustainability outcomes.
