Evan led the design coordination and subcontract award phases for the 19 Wing Fixed Wing Hangar project with Bird Construction Company. He managed client and consultant liaison, coordinated specialist mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems, and oversaw budget and design control for this complex defence facility. Evan prepared and controlled project schedules, chaired design and site meetings, negotiated with subcontractors, and implemented ISO 9000 quality management procedures to support a smooth transition into construction.
