Evan was responsible for managing design, budget, and construction of a large ice rink facility. He liaised with owners and consultants, prepared and controlled project schedules, chaired meetings, and secured/coordinated subcontractors. Evan implemented ISO 9000 quality procedures and oversaw progressive handover, ensuring a functional and durable recreation facility.
