For the Airport Executive Park office block, Evan provided full project management services with Bird Construction Company. He coordinated design, tendering and construction, working closely with owners, consultants and the site manager to control risk and resolve issues. Responsibilities included preparation and control of schedules and budgets, subcontractor negotiation and contract documentation, administration of variations and shop drawings, and implementation of ISO 9000 quality management systems.
