For the seismic upgrade of Surrey Memorial Hospital, Evan provided project management services with Bird Construction Company. He coordinated structural, mechanical and electrical works associated with seismic strengthening in a live hospital environment, working closely with owners, consultants and site teams. His role encompassed schedule and budget control, ISO 9000 quality management, contract administration, change order pricing and progressive handover of completed areas.
