At BKL Project Management, Evan supported the completion a 180-unit townhouse development, acting as a key liaison between contractors, architects, engineers and developers. He prepared tender documentation, appointed subcontract trades, developed project budgets and managed progress payments. Evan arranged and attended site meetings, reported on project progress, and supported the delivery of the development on time and within budget, despite significant design changes after construction commenced.
