A residential project to repair and maintain a high-value Dover Heights home. Works included the replacement of balcony membranes and travertine tiling, masonry repair and rendering, internal repainting, floor upgrades, roof insulation, timber window replacement, and new door hardware. Electrical and AV upgrades were also completed, along with significant landscaping and the installation of automated aluminium awnings, gates, and screens.
